We are seeking a Google Cloud DevOps engineer for planning, designing, and implementing next generation cloud infrastructure solutions. This position will be part of the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team and will require a strong knowledge of application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, automation, maintenance, Google Cloud Platform, and Service Reliability Improvements.

We need someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction.

Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and operating mid to large scale public cloud environments2+ years of experience in Docker/Kubernetes (image building, k8s schedule)1+ year of experience in provisioning Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform1+ year of experience in writing custom Terraform scripts

Experience in packaging and configuration and deployment management such as Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCDStrong knowledge in GitHub, DevOps (Tekton is an advantage)Proficiency in scripting and coding, that include traditional languages like Python, Powershell, GoLang,Java, JavaScript, Node.jsKnowledge and hands-on experience in Grafana and PrometheusKnowledge and hands-on experience with OpenShift or containerization strategiesExperience with distributed storage technologies like NFS, HDFS, Ceph, as well as dynamic management frameworks (specifically Kubernetes)Exposure to Cloud Monitoring and loggingExperience with automation toolsGoogle Cloud Platform experience and certifications are an advantage
