Job Description

Ensure GOTCs maintain the appropriate competencies across OEM related products and services.Work with appropriate Business Management and Sales Leadership teams to ensure proper resourcing and competency coverage to support growth.Participate in trade shows, seminars and/or similar marketing activities, ensuring technical resources are capable of supporting marketing events.Provide technical leadership and expertise in delivering OEM projects, both independently and by mentoring and guiding GOTCsEnsure GOTCs have appropriate development plans in place to develop and maintain technical capabilities.Collaborate and share insights with regional and global peers.Maintain knowledge of the OEM sales strategies, understand key focused segments for their respective regions.Understands the business drivers and KPI’s of the customer.Manage the process and systems to track project activity and time management for the GOTC’s. Ensuring timely reporting of activities with a focus on improving team efficiency and utilization.Coach and develop Global OEM Technology Consultants.Evaluate OEM Engagement requests, considering future revenue, product/ technology requirements, customer capabilities, skill sets, and application domain knowledge. Provide technical direction during qualification phase to both the OEM team and sales teams. Assist in redirecting resources for valid go-to-market opportunities.Assign resources to new OEM application development based on skill sets needs and schedule availability.  Work with the other GOTC Team Leads/ Engagement Manager to fulfill project resource needs based on skill sets, locations, commercial needs etc.Maintain project schedule and coordinate with sales for removing roadblocks.

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
