Job Summary:

Reporting to the lead of Operational Change Management, Portfolio Reporting & Governance

Delivery Methodology & Adherence under Enterprise Portfolio Management Office in Financial and Strategy, this Vice President role (the “Candidate”) will be responsible for managing and facilitating enterprise change management program activities to support effective change execution. The candidate will help drive execution through designing, developing, and improving change management processes including Operational Changes, IT and non-IT projects in an enterprise environment.  The candidate also provides the project management community with the appropriate guidance from EPMO’s procedures to ensure the processes are adhered to and controls are executed as designed.  Additionally, this position is proactively participating in remediation of process deficiencies, process simplification and performing quality control reviews on change management artifacts.

Major Responsibilities:

Manages process changes to continually increase the maturity of the enterprise change management process and sustain level of maturity

Ensures that change management controls are executed appropriately and facilitate communication with all lines of defense related to control testing

Performs quality control reviews on change management artifacts produced by project teams

Provides functional and process expertise to assist project teams to effectively execute changes

Identifies new approaches and solutions to the current change management process and design, develop and implement improvements

Provides direction, consultation, and support to project management staff on the enterprise processes, procedures, and system applications

Develops strong relationships with various stakeholders in the change management community and ensure timely communications on process changes

Partner with all LODs in remediation of process deficiencies and facilitate validation activities as applicable

Requirements:

Functional Knowledge: A proven track record of change management including IT and non-IT project management, process design and improvement within the financial services industry or similar experience base in related field.

Communications:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Translate technical and process specific terminologies into easy-to-understand business language

Prioritization:  Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established milestones and timelines.  Keeps track of and communicates the status of multiple assignments in a timely manner.

Results Orientation: Exhibits passion for excellence and drives results; A problem solver with a strong sense of ownership to drive issues to closure. 

Team Oriented Professional: A team player who values collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to bring out synergy and remove obstacles to achieve higher goals as the organization

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $119K - $162K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
