As part SSGA’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Team, this position will be responsible for managing several strategic processes within the organization (i.e, the Quarterly Business Review Process, the annual OKR Process, facilities management, etc.) and overseeing SSGA’s internal governance and legal entity structure. The primary responsibilities of this individual are:
Oversee SSGA’s Internal Governance and legal entity structure with the following responsibilities:Work closely with Sr. Leadership and Committee Chairs to establish the right meeting cadence, structure, decision making practices, etc.Providing secretarial support for internal governance committees and legal entity boardsCreation and management of Committee charters, policies and procedures and other governance documentationOwnership of internal governance related databases, share point and intranet sitesLead efficiency projects across the organization that focus on streamlining and/or improving the existing Committee Governance and Legal Entity StructureDrive strategic SSGA level efforts by creating a repeatable framework for annual/quarterly processes (i.e., QBR process, OKR process, etc.).Manage a small team to lead one-off initiatives and projects assigned by the CAO (i.e., office space restructures, distribution list redesign, establish intranet protocols and governance, etc.)Own and manage the facilities process across SSGAQualifications:

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
