Governance and Risk Manager
**Role Purpose:** Drive Governance and Risk management activities within the Information Security organization and key stakeholders ensuring processes are efficient and effective; work with key stakeholders to gather input and align with existing IHG processes when relevant. **Your Day to Day:** + Conduct stakeholder interviews to determine the present state of Governance and Risk processes, evaluating their good and bad qualities, documenting models of the processes, and facilitating neutral teams to accommodate new process designs. + Collaborate with security leadership and lead creation of Metrics & Reporting to define and prioritize risk capabilities as well as roles and responsibilities. + Own the development and documentation of Governance and Risk standard metrics, operating procedures, playbooks and workflow diagrams for Information Security, communicating outcomes to relevant stakeholders; review and improve processes annually to drive continuous improvement and ensure process reflect updated regulatory changes. + Lead, communicate, and schedule process awareness training sessions with stakeholders for new or updated processes. **What We Need From You:** + Background in risk management, security, and technology governance with over 5 years of experience in relevant fields. + Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) and experienced in technical writing. + Skilled in simplifying processes and creating visual diagrams to represent business process models, enhancing operational efficiency. + Strong program management and process improvement experience, with the ability to analyze and propose enhancements based on industry standards. + Excellent communication skills, capable of leading teams in a decentralized environment and adapting to change while maintaining strong customer service. **Location:** Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office) **The salary range for this role is $58,834 - $165,000** . This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).
