**About the Role:**
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Governance a Risk & Control Programme Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized business projects, creating reports and documents, and maintaining a document library. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Preparation of accurate, timely and complete reports, highlighting critical information to key stakeholders.
+ Create advanced level MS Office documents and technical process flow diagrams.
+ Programme manage small to medium size business projects.
+ Assess Client’s existing processes, reports and documentation and come up with improved process proposal, carry out implementation, governance, and ongoing management.
+ Maintain document library, proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely updates in line with prescribed standards.
+ Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.
+ Support with ad-hoc tasks as mandated by the GRC function.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Demonstratable data analysis skills.
+ Advanced level experience in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
+ Experience in SharePoint design and maintenance
+ Fluency in English and Polish.
+ Ability to manage multi-task assignments and prioritise efficiently with limited oversight and resilience.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and experienced in dealing with people of all levels.
+ A high level of attention to detail and willingness to complete projects.
+ Proactive and positive attitude with a calm and methodical approach to work.
+ Ability to learn new tasks, systems, and skills quickly.
+ A team player with proven ability to work easily and effectively with colleagues and clients.
