This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a Governance Support candidate to join our team in the Northern Virginia area.  This is a hire for a full-time client facing position supporting a government agency.  Candidate must have current TS/SCI with poly.  The role will provide governance support to working groups and forums related to intelligence community initiatives, integration, and the delivery of enterprise solutions.   Candidate must have demonstrated ability to moderate discussions that enable participants to articulate ideas; recognize and manage various viewpoints; and gain consensus among stakeholder groups.

Role will be responsible for supporting the forums that enable more effective technical and programmatic integration and approved changes to the baseline and providing integration and decision support expertise to government leadership and other stakeholders to ensure decisions consider implications to tactical and strategic priorities and backlog and are in accordance with prior decisions.

Job Duties:

Coordinate meeting logistics to include scheduling, agenda creation, facilitation, minutes, and actionsCollaborate integration activities among multiple teams and across agenciesDerive understanding of stakeholder needs and functions that may be direct, logically inferred or impliedClearly articulate requirements, proposed changes, and necessary actions to senior executive government leadershipWork with data stewards and consumers to improve data discovery, data quality, data definitions, and data lineageIdentify risk areas or issues and work with government leads towards resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a PolygraphFive (5) or more years of experience defining federal data governance strategies, policies, and proceduresExperience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise levelProficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leadershipAbility to work independently and lead detail-oriented tasksBachelor’s Degree

Desired Qualifications:

Experience across the program life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, test, and sustainment)Experience as a technical writer

Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Additional Compensation: 

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
