**Government and Public Sector – Service Delivery Center – People Advisory Services – Analyst**

**The opportunity**
The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS).
This position supports the People Advisory Services (PAS) team by supervising and performing works across several competencies from change management, communications, HR transformation, workforce management, culture and leadership, organizational design and continuous improvement and analytics.
The Analyst is responsible for daily processing and operational support functions across their respective service line in our Service Delivery Center and serves as members of multiple client engagement teams. Receives on-the-job training to acquire practical experience in applying professional standards, firm policy, and procedures.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Format documents and develop templates to reflect clients’ styles
+ Assist in outlining, drafting, and editing client communications, client deliverables, and supporting materials
+ Draft strategies, plans, and other deliverables based on existing materials
+ Aid in development of plans, operating models, charts, and other deliverables based on input from the client-facing team
+ Compile and analyze information, impact analysis, assessments, surveys and other feedback
+ Participate in working sessions and/or status meetings with project team.
+ Follow established processes and procedures, review and interpret client data and information.
+ Execute on and deliver engagement specific tasks as directed.
+ Assist in the collection of client data and information, analyze for potential risks.
+ Escalate circumstances that are out of the ordinary to team leadership for guidance and assistance.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
+ Ability to analyze stakeholder feedback data sets and assist in problem solving
+ Ability to determine if projects are meeting milestone deadlines and budget requirements
+ Flexibility and ability to work with a nationally distributed team
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
+ Ability to meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues
+ Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal
**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
+ Relevant experience in change management, communications, HR transformation, HR operating and delivery model, workforce management, culture and leadership, organizational design and continuous improvement, analytics, or recruitment is highly preferred
+ Willingness to travel 20 – 30% or more. Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Prior experience working in a service delivery center or similar environment
+ Interest in obtaining one of the following certifications: PMP, PROSCII, or SHRM certification

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $43,500 to $88,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $52,100 to $100,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
