Your key responsibilities
We’ll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.

As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in leveraging data visualization and analytics to drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders, enhance existing projects, and deliver innovative solutions to support the client’s mission.
Reverse engineer, maintain, and enhance existing Tableau dashboard projects. Develop new KPI/KRI dashboards to support management decision-making Collaborate with various project teams in a dynamic environment to achieve mission objectives Leverage technical expertise to solve broad and complex challenges, applying innovative and original approaches Gather and document stakeholder requirements, effectively communicate results, and deliver products grounded in sound data analytics practices

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust 1+ years Tableau experience (Tableau Public profile encouraged) Experience working with data sources in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Access
Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel on average 25% to 30% or more in a hybrid environment.

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,800 to $125,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,900 to $142,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
