Government Contract Administration Manager
**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented Government Contract Administration Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our Columbus, IN office. **Job Summary:** Responsible for government contract/subcontract compliance and administration. Responsible for cost and pricing support for government proposals. Maintains compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), Cost Accounting System (CAS) requirements and all other Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Interpreting and evaluating terms and conditions, assessing risks to the company and communicating findings to management Issuing requests for proposal and drafting and negotiating subcontracts, to include flow down terms and conditions Negotiating, interpreting, and managing complex contractual agreements to include Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable contracts Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
