Overview The purpose of this position is to assist loan officers and underwriters by reviewing, analyzing, recommending structure, preparing loan packages, and obtaining government guaranties on small business loans, including 7(a) guaranty, 504 and programs offered through state agencies.In addition, the position is responsible for marketing, educating, encouraging, and assisting loan officers and underwriters with various government loan programs to reduce risk for bank while providing financing for business loan customers.Position involves assuring compliance with bank government policy in loan approval, servicing, liquidation, and purchase of government loan guaranty.
