Role Summary

As a Government Property Administrator, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon property system. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support of multiple property lifecycle areas (i.e., acquisition, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship or contract closure).
What You Will Do:
Read and interpret Federal Acquisition Regulations and Government contract requirements. Maintain property transactions from acquisition to disposal, including property control records.Assisting with and conducting property assessments for internal and external customers in support of contractual and government regulations.Monitor property systems data, report and utilize metrics to manage health of property processes.Evaluate property processes across Raytheon to incorporate best practices and develop common processes, procedures, and measurement tools.Validate property ownership, identification, maintenance, utilization and property storage and disposition.Coordination of property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associated contractor, or company property is in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy.Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.Experience creating program processes that ensure compliance in the management of property.Experience analyzing data and originate reports for correspondence with customer and leadership.Experience working in a cross functional team environment to drive consistent and reliable Property Management process excellence.Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills and RCCA (Root Cause, Corrective Action) tool knowledgeExperience working with information systems and databases, data collection and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).Ability to travel as required.Ability to acquire and maintain security clearance if required.Must complete CORE Apprentice Certification in first year of employment.Must complete Raytheon Property Management Tier 4 Certification in first year or employment.U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of FAR Part 52 and Part 45, DFARS Part 252 and Part 245 with ability to read and interpret contract clauses as they pertain to government/customer property.Experience related to control and accountability of tooling and test equipment.Experience with DCMA (understanding of FAR language; contractual language) to assist programs in effective Root Cause and Correction Action implementation.Knowledge of and experience with SAP Property System (SPS) in PRISM, Logistics SOS, and FIORI.Knowledge of Government reporting systems i.e. GFP Module, PIEE.Experience in a DOD environment.National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications CPPS/CPPA/CPPM.Six Sigma/CORE certification (or equivalent).What We Offer:

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
