Description:You will be a Property Management Specialist for the Enterprise Property Management group at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). Our team is responsible for managing company, customer, and US Government property, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies to achieve operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and analysis of property business systems, supporting contractor self-assessments, and developing solutions to issues. You will play a key role in ensuring the property system complies with all policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting contractor self-assessment processes, including DCMA PMSA and AS9100 audits
- Interpreting Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contracts to ensure compliance
- Identifying business system risks and developing metrics to measure process performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Designing and presenting specialized Property training for stakeholders
- Developing data analytic dashboards to monitor metrics and KPIs

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with identifying data trends and analyzing metrics
• Experience developing and conducting specialized training
• Working knowledge of Property related FAR and DFARs clauses
• SAP familiarity
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fluid operating environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced experience with data analytics tools and data visualization skills (such as using Tableau, PowerQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx)
• 5 or more years of related professional experience or 4 or more years with a related Masters degree
Desired Skills:
• Ability to effectively work with Government customers, cross functional teams, internal/external auditors, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem solver, capable of identifying root cause and identifying mitigation plans with practical solution approaches
• Experience with data analytics and digital transformation tools with the ability to drive implementation of improvements
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience using PROP, MMS, SAP, P2P
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
