JOB PURPOSE

The Government Relations Administrator is responsible for organizing and handling government-related paperwork and requests to ensure efficient and timely document processing. He/she responds to inquiries from government representatives in accordance with the company's confidentiality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-        Register staff queries and complaints and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of associated processes and procedures aimed at improving departmental customer service.

-        Handle various administrative tasks such as screening incoming calls and correspondence, filing department documents, and reviewing and verifying information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

-        Ensure that all shop documents are updated and displayed in a visible and easily accessible location.

-        Provide consulting support to other departments regarding issuing new visas or cancelling them.

-        Handle paperwork related to requests for visas, passports, work permits, residence permits, and other documents, ensuring timely approval and processing by the relevant authorities.

-        Collect, process, and follow up on all formalities related to immigration, labor, and medical test requests. Ensure timely renewal by preparing all required documentation in accordance with government regulations.
