JR52828 GP COE Process ManagerThe Global Procurement Business Process Manager is responsible for a wide range of duties that plan, enable, manage, and support the successful performance of the collective Global Procurement team. This position is responsible for performing business process & system administration duties in the Source-to-Pay Center of Excellence organization.
The Global Procurement Business Process Manager will participate in technology implementations to ensure that business processes are optimized, and systems are designed in a scalable manner that is consistent with Global Procurement’s technology strategy. It is expected that the Global Procurement Business Process Manager will lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. This position will work closely with program managers, process SME’s, IT partners and business stakeholders.

Source-to-Pay Process ImprovementBe a subject matter expert on procurement processesAssess current state business processes and make recommendations to standardize and optimize those processesLeverage process mining technology to seize opportunitiesDrive process improvement initiatives through completionConnect the contracting and procurement processes and drive optimization effortsOther ResponsibilitiesLead people and cross-function teams to build, implement, and develop Global Procurement business processes & technology capabilitiesEngage and oversee the work of external vendors as neededEducation
BA or BS degreeMS or MBA degree preferredSix Sigma certification preferredExperience and Skills
2-5 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, and/or procurement processesStrong analytical and data skillsExperience with SQLSAP MM and Ariba experience preferredExperience in implementing e-Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management or P2P preferredAble to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic environmentUnderstanding of Change Management concepts, Impact Assessment and ability to lead changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus Ability to effectively prioritize work and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals Experienced and skilled at creating presentations, reports, graphics, etc.Workplace
