**Job Title: Fine Grade Dozer Operator (GPS knowledgeable)** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced GPS Fine Grade Dozer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operating dozers equipped with GPS technology to achieve precise grading and earthmoving tasks. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position will be operating the same piece of equipment with no labor work. **Responsibilities** + Operate dozers, excavators, and other construction equipment. + Utilize GPS for operations. + Read and understand blueprints. + Shoot and run grade. + Complete various construction site responsibilities. + Ensure safety on site. + Operate skid steers, backhoes, and track hoes. + Perform general labor tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating dozers, excavators, and other construction equipment. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Proficiency in GPS operation (topcon, trimble, earthworks, etc.) + Experience in grading and fine grading. + Knowledge of civil site operations. + Understanding of safety protocols. **Pay** $23-27 depending on tenure, skillset and interview. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with skid steers, backhoes, and track hoes. + General labor experience on construction sites. **Why Work Here?** This company offers a unique blend of a large international company's growth opportunities and the close-knit environment of a smaller office.
