Work you'll do • Understand and communicate medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirements• Interact with healthcare professionals to provide case examples, field documentation questions, and assist in resolving discrepancies with examiner approaches during weekly facilitation workshops• Consistently deliver engaging, accurate, and thorough training content on a weekly basis• Support Training Manager with facilitation cycle management, pre- and post- workshop communications, examiner training compliance, establishment of training business processes, and collaboration with other project workstreams and client training teams• Follow all processes and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding of personally identifiable information / personal health information Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + Must have at least 2 years of MDE program (medical disability examination) and/or DBQ experience (disability benefits questionnaire) + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must be able to obtain a US Security clearance + Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: + Experience Developing and Delivering Training Materials in Support of MDE Program + Healthcare Quality Assurance experience + MDEO (medical disability examination office) vendor experience + Experience conducting reviews of medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirements + Understanding of Medical Terminology + Medical Benefit Experience + Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills + Clinical Work Experience + Medical License (LVN, RN, etc.) + Medical Scribe Experience Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
