GPS Operations Transformation Healthcare Examiner Trainer
Position Summary

Work you’ll do 
• Understand and communicate medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirements
• Interact with healthcare professionals to provide case examples, field documentation questions, and assist in resolving discrepancies with examiner approaches during weekly facilitation workshops
• Consistently deliver engaging, accurate, and thorough training content on a weekly basis
• Support Training Manager with facilitation cycle management, pre- and post- workshop communications, examiner training compliance, establishment of training business processes, and collaboration with other project workstreams and client training teams
• Follow all processes and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding of personally identifiable information / personal health information

Qualifications 

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMust have at least 2 years of MDE program (medical disability examination) and/or DBQ experience (disability benefits questionnaire) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain a US Security clearanceAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred: 

Experience Developing and Delivering Training Materials in Support of MDE ProgramHealthcare Quality Assurance experienceMDEO (medical disability examination office) vendor experienceExperience conducting reviews of medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirementsUnderstanding of Medical TerminologyMedical Benefit ExperienceStrong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsClinical Work ExperienceMedical License (LVN, RN, etc.)Medical Scribe Experience
