JR65030 GQ Ops - Test & SWRC Technician

Detailed Job Description:

As a MSB GQ Operation Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the activities at Test, Burn and SWRC operation.You will be managing SWRC and Test activities like ensuring on time completion of sampling requests, AQLV, Test lots etc without any quality issues or errors.Responsible for receive / shipment of module RMAs, Post Reliability samples retention.You will work closely with respective teams to ensure actions are carried out without much delay, in compliance to specs / procedures.Coordinate and conduct training/briefing for operation team on operation procedures or any other changes as communicated by supervisor.Assist in implementation of New Process and Process Changes to OperationResponsible for metrics associated with operational performance tracking.Support Investigation for any process deviations.Perform Quarterly ESD check for GQ Test tools.

Test
 

Support QA Test lots batching when required.Support test (machine coverage) when in need.Train and guide operators on test operation.Work closely with respective team (ES / PE) to overcome long downtime, if any.

SWRC Operation:

Responsible for SWRC activities, including Module RMA, Post Rel samples.Plan daily execution plan for the team and support when in need.Execute PKG/DEV Rel or any other sampling plans within shift or within 12 hrs.Supporting clearing of MCRS on time.Maintain good housekeeping.Ensure TMs use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner.

Required Qualification:

Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent qualification is preferred.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations with minimum 5 years.Able to use computer based programs and applications to perform job assignments.
