About the role.

Join this exciting assignment for our Greenfield Project in Germany for a permanent contract. A relocation bonus is offered if a move is necessary.

Project Management:

Maintain responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule of the grading station portion of the greenfield project.

Implement systems that drive logistics efficiency in material storage and handling.

Ensure a robust and efficient storage system that meets the needs of the manufacturing facility.

Evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for automated defect detection, grading accuracy, and predictive maintenance.In partnership with digital manufacturing, lead and develop teams, focusing on upskilling teams in the use of digital tools, data systems, and AI-based platforms.Monitor product quality using data-driven dashboards and automated alerts powered by artificial intelligence.Analyze operational data to identify efficiencies using advanced analytics and AI insights.Supervise receiving station, digital grading machinery, smart conveyors, warehouse robots, and AI-enabled process controllers, potatoes multi-boxing storage, washing station & blending station. Deliver digital reports, AI-generated trend analyses, and operational performance summaries for leadership review.Provide support in overseeing day-to-day grading station operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and engineering parameters.What you’ll need to be successful.

Direct experience in managing large capital projects, ideally with budgets exceeding €100 million.Demonstrated leadership experience in driving both digital and cultural change.

Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.Agile, innovative, resilient, and committed to the McCain Leadership principles.Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, digital governance, and ethical standards.
