Key Responsibilities Throughout the Program:

Actively engage in hands-on training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to deepen technical expertise. Foster strong relationships with mentors, peers, and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration andknowledge sharing. Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to real-world manufacturingchallenges, delivering innovative solutions. Take a proactive approach to continuous learning, seeking opportunities for growth and professional development. gaining of deep knowledge of the design and commissioning of the manufacturing equipment Lead and contribute toprocess improvement projects, driving efficiency and operational excellence within the organization. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, promoting a cultureof safety and precision. Support the development and execution of key projects, demonstrating leadership in planning, organizing, and delivering results. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful messaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in manufacturing and engineering. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of ateam. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles andtools is a plus. Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
