Graduate Analyst, Claims
As a Graduate Analyst, Claims you will be responsible for delivering high quality claims service to all clients, ensuring that Key Client Outcomes are delivered to pre-defined service standards.   The Role Process Client’s claim instructions accurately within the WTW process timescales and communicate pertinent information as necessary to obtain prompt agreement  Obtain claim(s) agreement as per contract conditions and liaise with the Client Service Advocate to ensure the secure, efficient and auditable handling of Client monies  Responsibility for the creation of claims files in line with contractual conditions Ensure that all e-broking requirements are actioned, chased, recorded and escalated as appropriate and in a timely manner in conjunction with Client Service Advocates and Claims Brokers   Communicate as required on assigned portfolio of claims to Reinsurers, Third Parties and service providers, in conjunction with Client Service Advocate Manage and resolve queries from Third Parties and Reinsurers, ensuring escalation where necessary in order to resolve with the minimum of delay Supporting Accounting and Settlement associates and Client Service Advocate to ensure that all financial aspects (including but not limited to uncorrelated cash and bureaux debt) are handled in a timely manner Build, develop and maintain strong Third Party and Reinsurer relationships with assigned portfolio Adhere to standardised Group policies and procedures, including all applicable WEM and other regulatory requirements    

The Requirements 


•    Graduate from recognized universities aspiring to build a career in the insurance & risk management industry
•    Candidates will be required obtain insurance broker license (under Insurance Authority) within the stipulated timeline as per the graduate program.  
•    Candidates should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills
•    Candidates should possess an impressive track record demonstrating strong leadership skills in school.
•    Independent and self-motivated individuals who works well in a team environment and who will consistently strive to deliver the best to WTW’s clients.
•    Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
•    A well organised and meticulous way of working.
•    Proven time management skills and an ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
