岗位简述

瑞萨电子（中国）有限公司正在寻找应用工程师加入微控制器 （MCU） 应用团队，该岗位通过多种渠道直接向我们的客户提供高质量的产品支持。

这是一个入门级职位，非常适合具有嵌入式软件技能的电子工程等相关专业毕业生。应用工程师角色涵盖广泛的学科，因此要求应聘者具有持续学习和发展的意愿。

新入职者最初将接触到 MCU 应用工程部门的所有产品、技术等内容，通过与高级工程师的合作获得广泛的经验和技能，同时确定和选择适合自身技能的应用领域。

主要职责

该职位的主要职责是为客户、公司内部技术人员和代理商现场应用工程师（FAE）提供关于公司通用 MCU 产品和解决方案等各个方面的详细技术支持。

任职要求：

- 成为 16 位/ 32 位 MCU 系列产品的专家。

- 为现有和新客户提供持续的技术支持，无论是直接通过瑞萨的各种在线支持渠道，还是通过支持现场应用工程师（FAE）。

- 与瑞萨电子的市场、现场应用工程（FAE）和销售团队密切合作，在新产品设计和推广阶段供详细的技术支持。

- 与客户、销售团队和代理商一起创建并提供瑞萨MCU产品和解决方案的技术培训。

- 参与基于 MCU 的电路板、系统和固件/软件的设计检查。

- 协助硬件和软件的启动和调试。

- 完成标准开发流程以确保高质量的支持和设计。

Qualifications

必要条件：

学历要求：本科或者硕士

专业：计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业

技能：

       - 具备使用 C 语言进行嵌入式编程的能力。

       - 对原理图和硬件设计有很好的理解，最好与数字系统或微控制器相关。

       - 熟悉串行通信协议，包括 UART、 SPI、I2C 等。

       - 需要与客户、公司其他部门、合作伙伴和全球同事进行互动，所以需要优秀的人际交往能力。

       - 需要有上进心的团队合作者，能够接受指导，同时管理多项任务并完成有效沟通。

      - 具有较强的解决问题的能力和对细节的关注。

      - 英语听说能力要求：通过CET-4（最好是通过CET-6）。能够阅读和理解英语技术文档，能够用英语进行基本的技术沟通。

 

“加分”条件:

技能：熟悉嵌入式系统和软件开发；了解嵌入式系统的调试工具和技术。
