About the team:
DMS VCE- DMS is a team of over 10 people. All of us are working from India, We act as a bridge between VCE dealers and VCE core , we mainly work with Oracle Netsuite applications
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead in delivering the identified solution
• Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.
• Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.
• Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications and business partner quality requirements and ensuring the usage of standards, tools and platforms
• Identify and propose solutions and features to fit product
• Solve assigned issues together with the business
• Analyze current technologies used and perform Tec watch, build prototypes and PoC’s.
• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.
Skills Required:
1) Mandatory Skill Sets:
a. Business Analysis
b. Interfacing between Business and development team
c. Any language coding experience
d. Manual testing
2) Secondary Skill Sets:
a. Oracle Netsuite
b. Finance knowledge
Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor or Master degree (BE/B.Tech/MTech)
• 2+ years of expertise in Business analysis
• Customer value driven mindset
• End to end service mindset
• Good knowledge and experience in Oracle NetSuite applications
• Minimum 1 years of development experience
• Eager to work with new technologies and process.
• You have excellent communication & presentation skills
• You can navigate with ease in a multi-cultural, distributed environment and actively cooperate with various stakeholders
• You focus strong on quality and you have a personal drive to reach objectives and targets
• You have a strong customer focus
• Continuous improvement is your nature and you can drive changes
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement.
• The availability to travel occasionally.
