About this role

A small design studio with projects across Health, Education, Commercial and Residential are looking for a Graduate/Architect with confident project lead capabilities, particularly through construction documentation stages. Good verbal and written communication skills are highly desirable and the ability to work in a team is essential. 

This is a lovely, close-knit studio with great culture and good hours. A great team to work towards registration with, or if you're already registered they provide good support to continue your career progression.
 

Key responsibilities

Ability to lead projects autonomously, with direction and mentorship from Directors Contribute to a variety of local Commercial, Education and Health projects Revit modelling and construction documentation Undertake design projects from concept to completion Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages

Skills and experience

Enthusiasm and curiosity in the Health sector Past Revit documentation experience within an architectural practice required Strong communication skills Great attitude and a hands on approach Experience in the health sector is beneficial but not critical Knowledge of local essential
