4 Year Degree Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field. The primary role of this position will be to serve as the Head Coach for the Men’s Running Club while also working with the varsity Cross Country and Track & Field teams.Duties consist of recruiting, budget management, mentoring and discipling of students-athletes, building training plans, scheduling competitions, and other duties as needed for the Running Club. Additionally, this individual is expected to work with both the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach to assist with other duties that are assigned.
