Discipline Specific Required Qualifications Graduate Assistantships are available to master’s and doctoral students who are assigned to a specific faculty member who is conducting research or scholarship or other academic activity. Duties will vary depending on the project. Preferred Qualifications + Excellent organizational skills. + Detail oriented, responsible, enthusiastic, adheres to deadlines, and takes initiative. + Strong writing and communication skills. + Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, others). + Able to work well with diverse groups of people (students/staff/faculty). + Must be able to work independently with little supervision. + Ability to work in a team. + Experience working with confidential information and an understanding of FERPA .
