Job Title Graduate Assistant - Esports Agency Texas A&M University - San Antonio Department Department of Recreational Sports Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate Job Location San Antonio, Texas Job Type Graduate Assistant Job Description Responsibilities: + Manage esports non-varsity teams + Maintain the esports lab + Help promote academic success of student-athletes + Assist with camps and promotional events + Assist with pursuing partners and sponsors + Ensure compliance for all university and league rules and regulations + Promote the mission and vision of the program + Some weekends as necessary All other duties as assigned. Compensation: + $16.50/hourly + 20 hours/weekly Required Education and Experience: + Undergraduate Degree Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Demonstrate positive leadership qualities + Present professional appearance and attitude + Outstanding communication skills + Knowledge or experience in broadcasting, digital marketing, editing, and/or graphic design.
