Additional Information:

2 openings available. Working directly with the Associate Athletics Director for Student Athlete Development assisting with day to day operations of the department. Responsibilities include, program planning and evaluation of our service and community engagement initiative, personal development programs and, research and administrative support to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. Knowledge and understanding of NCAA and Big 12 policies.

Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated and a self-starter, knowledge of working in a diverse, multi-cultural work environment. 

Candidates must be willing and able to move to Fort Worth, TX. Admission into the graduate program (excluding Master in Liberal Arts), Higher Education or Counseling preferred, at TCU is required.  Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and if necessary travel with respected sports.
