Overview Must be available to attend an assessment centre for this role on March 5th 2025. This will be in person in our London office. How you'll make an impact As a Graduate Catastrophe Analyst, you will be immersed in a close-knit team in all aspects of front line modelling for our insurance clients from early in your career, including: Mastering cutting-edge catastrophe models and platforms, such as Gallagher Re’s own bespoke solutions and those from Moody’s RMS, Verisk and others, with the aim of providing unparalleled insights and decision-making capabilities to our clients Conducting meticulous analysis and crafting captivating reports to impress clients & prospects during meetings and pitches Ensuring data accuracy and reliability through rigorous auditing and cleansing processes Unravelling hidden insights by conducting in-depth analysis of modelled outputs Providing real-time reporting and conducting in-depth analysis of natural disasters, while supporting clients in the aftermath of such events Working closely with our top-tier actuarial and broking colleagues, and our research & model development teams around the world, to ensure a compelling View of Risk proposition You will also have the opportunity for: Increasing opportunities for client interaction and responsibility as your experience and capabilities evolve, which may include travel opportunities About You Minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in mathematics, engineering, hydrology, natural sciences, geography, geo-sciences or similar.
