Job Description

Role/Programme:

As a Graduate Data Scientist, you’ll join our Data Science team in September 2025. This full-time role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact and kickstart your career. You’ll be onboarded with the global Graduate cohort in one of our offices and learn the basics of being a Wiser.

How You’ll Make an Impact: In this role, you will:

Help take Wise to the next level as we scale to impact 100’s of millions more customers

You will work directly on projects that impact our customers and will help us prioritize the most significant improvements to our products with their convenience and trust in mind

Participate in building industry-proven machine learning based solutions and find opportunities to experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

You are Graduating in 2024 or 2025 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, potentially in Computer Science or any other STEM subject. However, a degree in a technical field is not a must as our selection process prioritises your skills.Ready to start full-time in September 2025.Knowledge of computer science and machine learning fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, data analysis, linear algebra and statisticsYou should have a good command of Python 3 and SQL and be familiar with major data analysis and ML frameworks such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn and MLFlowA self-started side project(s) that you are proud to talk aboutGreat communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to a non-technical audienceEligible to work in Tallinn
