THE ROLE

Our Power Projects team is spearheading significant energy projects across Australia and is seeking a Graduate Engineer ready to embrace the role of Graduate Engineer. Located in the South Eastern Suburbs, you will report to the Project Engineer and immerse yourself in a major joint venture development centred on a large-scale Renewable Energy Land Rehabilitation Project. 

This is not just an opportunity, it’s a chance for a motivated, eager, and ambitious engineer to learn the ropes and gain invaluable, hands-on experience in power projects on-site.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Assist in assessing risks in construction to ensure safe execution and compliance with environmental and quality standards. Support construction engineering activities to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality-driven project delivery. Lead by example and consistently promote key aspects of Zero Harm when working with operational teams. Planning, preparing, and understanding documentation for the different phases of delivery such as kick-off, day one readiness, execution, monitoring, control and closeout

ABOUT YOU 

Bachelor of Engineering or a similar qualification, and current or eligible membership with Engineers Australia is preferred. Exposure to electrical systems with a high attention to detail. Good communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders up and downstream.
