Graduate Engineer, 

This is 12-months technical and sales programrotating around the Poland sales departments.

As Graduate Engineer you will be part of our Poland, Baltics & Ukraine organization, where you can expect excellent technical, product and sales training and the opportunity to learn from some of the best managers and engineers in our company!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HANDLE:

Sales &Technical Process

Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop a business value proposition specific to the customer requirement Lead a local market analysis to understand customer requirements and the business behaviors required to achieve goals in target areas Build quotations based on the engineered solutions and present them in a format that sells their value to customers – this includes establishing appropriate pricing and commercial terms and conditions of sale Work with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow-up quotations with the view to turning them into orders Be actively involved in the sales strategy and qualification process for each of the departments in order to better integrate our market offering. Be the voice of the customer in those discussions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Technical University degree (or final year of studies graduating in 2024 (2025 latest) Technical background IT literacy and experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) English & Polish language; Russian, Ukrainian or any other Eastern European language will be an asset Passion and drive to be the best in your field

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Interest and experience in the field of automation hardware and software, I&C and processes - supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
