Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, naval architecture, or maritime studies 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, technical analysis, or innovation-related role, preferably in the maritime or offshore sectors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights Proficient in using engineering software, data analysis tools, and project management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability, digitalization, and innovation in the maritime sector Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Fluency in English Comply with the requirements of the HSE and Compliance management systems. Participation in other activities assigned by the supervisor.
