Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment Operations, the Graduate Enrollment Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Boston University's 17 schools and colleges with graduate and professional admissions within the Technolutions Slate CRM.

This position serves as a primary point of contact for assigned schools/colleges, providing expert operational support, training, and guidance on leveraging Slate to optimize recruitment, application processing, and communication throughout the admissions lifecycle. The Specialist collaborates closely with the Graduate Enrollment team, school/college admissions staff, Information Services & Technology (IS&T), and other university stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Slate and contribute to the achievement of graduate enrollment goals.

This role emphasizes operational efficiency, user support, and training within the Slate system, rather than deep technical administration.
