Responsibilities\:

Undertake a structured review of the Worley HSE systems to learn and understand the business requirements Undertake HSE duties as directed by OKQU HSE manager consistent with the requirements of the HSE Management System. Participate and input into the update of the UAE HSEMP and other Health and Safety Procedures and Plans. Participate in the UAE HSE committee Participate in the Women of Worley forums Input data into the Worley Assurance system Participate in HSE meetings as directed by the location HSE manager. Participate in the location HSE inductions and training as required. Monitor HSE incidents and assist the Location HSE manager in entering data into the Incident database. Undertake planned Office inspections and enter findings and actions into the assurance system. Assist the UAE offices and teams to Identify and control potential HSE risks and hazards. Follow up incidents to ensure they have been investigated, recorded and actions assigned. Undertake short term assignments in Quality and Engineering functions to understand broader aspects of the business Participate in Abu Dhabi site visits to gain field HSE exposure and experience Attend HSE conferences and Industry events with the OKQU HSE manager to gain insight into the industry issues and directions. *

Qualification\:

      Associate degree/ Diploma in the relevant discipline       Desire to learn and grow in the discipline.       Flexibility to work with multi-disciplinary teams.       Desire to work in the office and field environments
