Wood is currently recruiting for a Graduate Integrity Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our Integrity Assets Consultancy team, as part of our Digital Consulting business unit.

The Graduate Engineer will contribute to the delivery of integrity consultancy services to the internal Wood business units and to Wood's external client base. This role is primarily office-based but may also require some on-site support, both onshore and offshore.
Due to significant growth plans for our consulting business, we are seeking to enhance our Integrity Assets team with engineers who have a keen interest in solving complex technical challenges for our clients, the ability to support in delivering the right solutions using a consultative approach while demonstrating versatility.

The Role
Roles in this team are crucial for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of operating assets. The Graduate Engineer will provide advice and solutions to avoid integrity related problems and will typically support one or more of the following areas:
Topside of onshore equipment such as pressure vessels, pipelines, piping systems, storage tanks and structures in new projects or modifications to existing facilities Subsea hardware such as pipelines, flowlines, cables, wellheads and manifolds in new projects or modifications to existing facilitiesOur Clients and Projects

Our Asset Lifecycle Optimisation business unit provides Integrity Management Services, Structural Integrity Engineering, Computational Analysis and Rotating and Reciprocating Equipment Control to our clients. We support our clients across conventional energy to ensure Energy Security and play a key role in decarbonising assets. We also work closely with client across the Energy Transition sector supporting projects across Hydrogen transportation and production, and Carbon Capture, Storage and Utilisation (CCUS).
