Graduate/Junior Client Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our administrative team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Zagreb. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily office operations and supporting the sales team through effective administration and communication.

We will count on you to:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access.

Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, performance metrics, and project statuses.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services.

Assist in tracking and managing sales leads and opportunities through CRM systems.

Generate and analyze sales reports to support the sales team in decision-making.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
