What the day will look like Your role as a Graduate Management Trainee: As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different areas of our business, gaining broad exposure to key functions and building a strong foundation for your career in risk and insurance solutions. Commercial Risk Solutions: Our Commercial Risk Graduates are part of rotational programs where they experience the full lifecycle of our business—from trading risks in the market and understanding the importance of claims through to winning new business. You’ll focus on developing client-management skills and establishing relationships with a broad spectrum of people—including clients, industry specialists, and members of the global insurance community. Reinsurance Solutions: In the Reinsurance division, you’ll explore how we help insurers manage their portfolios through tailored reinsurance programs, catastrophe modeling, and risk assessment strategies. You’ll gain insights into structuring solutions to manage capital efficiently, transferring risk effectively, and responding to global risk challenges such as climate change and natural disasters. Wealth Solutions: During your rotation in Wealth Solutions, you’ll focus on advising clients on retirement, investments, and health and well-being strategies. You’ll learn to analyze financial risks, develop pension strategies, and implement solutions that enhance organizational performance and employee outcomes. Your exposure will include working on specialist advisory projects, crafting innovative employee benefits plans, and engaging directly with clients to address complex challenges. Health Solutions: In Health Solutions, you will work on strategies to enhance workforce well-being, including developing tailored health and benefits plans for clients. You’ll explore areas such as health insurance broking, medical claims management, and wellness program implementation. This rotation provides exposure to designing innovative solutions that improve employee health outcomes while managing costs for employers. How this opportunity is different Each rotation is designed to equip you with both technical expertise and client-facing skills. From broking and claims in Commercial Risk to analytics and advisory in Reinsurance, Wealth Solutions, and Health Solutions, you’ll build a well-rounded skill set and make a significant impact. Your career beyond your Graduate programme Once you’ve completed the formal 18-month graduate rotational programme you will be promoted into a permanent role. We will continue to support technical and business skills training, and your Insurance Broker qualifications. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager to continue your progress.
