Required Education:

4 Year Degree The Intercollegiate Athletics Department at Purdue University is seeking qualified applicants for (1) full-time, 12-month Graduate Manager for Women's Volleyball. This is an administrative position.

Duties:

Help supervise & hire managers – pre-practice set-up/post practice cleanup/pregame set up-logistics. Track/Deliver stats in game, Data Volley experience preferred. Assist with daily duties during recruiting visits. Assist in coordination of community service events. Assist coaches & staff with any day-to-day duties. Assist with any film/editing needs VC or coaches may need. Assist with camp organization. Assist with scouting and video exchange.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and admission to a Purdue University graduate program. Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet established work deadlines. Evening and weekend hours required

Stipulations: The individual shall be a full-time graduate student, except that during his or her final semester or quarter of a degree program, he or she may be enrolled in less than a full-time program of studies, provided he or she is carrying (for credit) the courses necessary to complete the degree requirements;

The individual may participate in limited on-court activities during practice (e.g., assist with drills) or competition (e.g., assist with warm-up activities) involving student-athletes on a regular basis;

The individual shall not provide instruction to student-athletes;

The individual shall not participate in countable athletically related activities (e.g., practice player).

Compensation & Tuition Waivers: This includes a bi-weekly stipend (with paid vacation/sick leave) and with full waiver of tuition, the general service fee, and the technology fee. Please note the tuition and fee waiver does not include the differential fee and the repair & rehabilitation fee. Note: Admission to an online or Krannert’s professional program is subject to income tax. Start date will be early summer 2025.

Preference will be given to applicants interested in a career in intercollegiate athletics administration upon completion of graduate program.
