Pay Range: $52.27*

A Graduate Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving cancer treatments in an outpatient setting.  Strong emphasis on psychological support through patient teaching and interpersonal communication.  This nurse interacts with a population of chronically ill, long-term patients and must perform technical skills repeatedly with scrupulous attention to detail.  Patience, empathy and a sense of humor are critical to patient/staff relationships. 
Qualifications:

Submittal of application for Licensure and Limited Permit for a N.Y.S RN license Demonstrates knowledge of growth & development across the life span and the ability to use that knowledge to individualize the plan and delivery of care. Must maintain current BLS certification. Valid NYS RN license within one (1) year of receiving Limited Permit Rotation on Med/Surg and Clinical Assessment Training preferred but can be completed upon orientation if needed *The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
