What You’ll Do: Patient Care & Nursing Practice
Maintain a professional and compassionate approach with patients, visitors, and colleagues, following our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Recognize normal signs of growth and aging and understand how to assess and treat patients of varying age groups. Assist in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of patients, their environment, and the unit. Ensure the safe storage and handling of medications, including IV solutions and pre-packaged medications. Conduct hourly rounds to promote patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Support nutritional and hydration needs, including feeding and providing fluids to patients. Identify and communicate patient data to the interdisciplinary care team. Collect and record patient-related data while performing direct care tasks. Foster an environment of compassion, respect, and dignity for all patients and their families. Job Requirements: Qualifications & Training:
Must have completed at least one semester of a Nursing Program. Minimum one year of related work experience (preferred but not required).Licenses & Certifications:
