We’re seeking final-year Chemical or Metallurgical engineering students to join us as Graduate Process Engineer in our Perth office, starting February 2026.

Your Graduate Program

Eligibility

You are currently in the final year of your studies, or You have recently graduated, with no more than 24 months having passed since completing your studies at the time of application. Available to start in early 2026 and commit to Worley’s two-year graduate program. Valid working rights in Australia. Passion for extraction and recovery of metals to support the energy transition. Willingness to work on industrial sites to gain practical experience.
