The Engineering Graduate Program is a global 15-months program starting August 2025, where you are offered the perfect mix of on-the-job learning and diverse training modules. The Service & Parts Assortment and Engineering team, is part of Aftermarket Technology function, within Volvo Group Trucks Technology. As a member of an Agile team and in collaboration with your Scrum Master, Product Owner, local and also global colleagues from other sites, you will contribute to the development, verification, and validation of repair methods through innovative solutions in order to support new vehicles resulting from product developments developed by Engineering.

How you will make an impact
As a Service & Data Engineer, your will:
• Develop data automatisation solutions
• Develop use of immersive solutions, Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality (AR/VR), within the function
• Support the implementation of methods and related times needed for maintenance and repair of the vehicles in the network
• Check and validate through pro-active approach the Quality of the technical solution before and until implementation in Aftermarket end-user systems
You will also:
• Develop the data treatment and analysis connected to the deliveries and process within the function
• Actively contribute to the development of innovation culture
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving initiatives
• Develop a close collaboration with your key stakeholders to enhance the understanding and consideration of customer needs and business requirements in your deliverables
To be eligible for the Engineering Graduate Program, you must have completed a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification, but no more than 18 months prior. You must not have more than two years of full-time professional experience before starting this program. Additionally, you must be fluent in both French and English.
Education and experience
• Master's degree related to data processing and/or immersive technologies
• Hands-on experience in data treatment and automation and/or with immersive technologies (AR/VR)
• You are familiar with the field of industrial vehicles and capable of understanding customer expectations regarding repairability and service
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Technical Skills
• Python programming language (or equivalent) required
• Analytical skills (data processing, analysis, optimization, automation...)
• Virtual tools (XR) (IC.IDO, Vuforia, or equivalent...) and/or graphic tools (Creoview, Catia, CAD...)
• MS office environment
Soft Skills
• You are passionate about what you do, have a curious mindset and are constantly eager to learn new things
• You have a keen eye for detail, are creative and enjoy working towards continuous improvement
• You are customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and know how to leverage and expand your network

Aftermarket Technology is a function present at all five Group Truck Technologies sites, with the mission of providing Volvo Group Business Areas with the best solutions to support their respective aftermarket business.
The Service & Parts Assortment and Engineering team develops, maintains and delivers spare parts solutions and repair methods to support Volvo Group products in the aftermarket. We deliver technical solutions, services and systems to support content for our dealers, mechanics and warehouse people within our repair network and independent repairers, that are essential to support new products for each of Volvo Group brands, always with the primary goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and success !
