Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graduate Project Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Work under the direction of a Project Manager to assist with the delivery of their package / scope of works

Engagement with the commercial department to build a knowledge of commercial awareness associated to project Management

Engagement with the Planning department to build a knowledge of Planning knowledge associated to project Management

Engagement with the Project controls department to develop a full understanding of Project Controls

The Engagement listed above will involve taking part in tasks that will provide the experience required to become a competent project Manager

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Ability to work towards Parsons’ project management certification requirements

Leadership skills with ability to expand these into management capacity

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

Willingness to take on new challenges and develop new skills relating to project
