Graduate Sales Executive

Role title: Trainee / Graduate Sales Executive.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:30pm.

Salary: Competitive and uncapped commission scheme 

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Office Based: Level 22, Centrepoint North, Mid Valley City, 59200 , Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Overview:

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our business growth by engaging potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, introducing our services, scheduling meetings, completing end-to-end sales and managing the account for the first 12-months.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to develop a career in sales. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed!

 

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.Introduce our products and services effectively over the phone.Qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

No prior experience required – We welcome beginners with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn.Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM systems is a plus but not essential.
