Role:
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll join our Engineering team in June 2025. This full-time role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact and kickstart your career.

Company Onboarding and Engineering Bootcamp during your first weeks - introduction to Wise and to the engineering tools and terminology we use at Wise, designed to bridge the gap between university and working in a live production environmentEngineering Academy - a 9 months programme of essential technical topics for engineering graduates. Topics are selected and delivered by our engineering community on a bi-monthly basisMentorship/ buddy programme - you will have a buddy assigned to you to give you as much possible connection with people who know what you’re going through!Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
You are graduating in 2024 or 2025 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, potentially in Computer Science or any other STEM subject. However, a degree in a technical field is not a must as our selection process prioritises your skills.Ready to start full-time in June 2025.Knowledge of computer science fundamentals and any major programming languages (Java/JavaScript/Python/Kotlin/Swift)Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiencesCommitment to best coding practices and code reviewsBasic knowledge of modern web technologies and a strong interest in web developmentDon’t worry, we don’t expect you to know everything!Eligible to work in SingaporeAdditional Information
