As a result of this, we are for the first time looking for a graduate to join our Solutions Design team. However, as you’re reading this, I bet you’re thinking, ‘What on earth is Solutions Design?’ So let’s start by telling you a little bit about this specialised area within the wider world of Logistics….. Solution Design is all about crafting tailored operational solutions for warehouse and transport operations. You’ll be analysing data, mapping processes and modelling data using both in-house and third-party software (don’t worry, we’ll provide any training on these tools as well) to understand the resources we need and then turning this into costed budgets. You’ll collaborate with other solution design managers, operational experts and other internal and external stakeholders to create innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. The role demands strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an ability to understand business processes and emerging technologies. It’s a dynamic and rewarding career for those who enjoy designing, optimizing, and future-proofing solutions that drive business success for our customers! 🚀 As we grow as a business, we need more people to join the team. We’re looking for someone who is innovative, data driven and thinks outside the box. You’ll love solving a puzzle and making things more efficient through combining logic and innovation.
