Primary Responsibilities for this role include

Meeting with multi-geo stakeholders to understand their business processes targeted for automation, analyze, and translate requirements into systems solution for implementation and strive to deliver measurable business outcome.Understand problem statement, design solutions, and get buy off from stakeholders. Create use cases, customer scenarios, as-is and to-be process mapping, KPIs, UX wireframes for ideation, partner with development team and facilitate acceptance testing.Communicate and influence effectively across multi-functional domains, pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to facilitate engagement and get results using strong networking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Plan the project execution and work closely with developers' group to deliver quality deliverables on time. Work with other team members together, leveraging experience from other as well as giving a helping hand to others who needs help.Render support to the end users.

Qualifications
0-2 years' experience in web development and System Development Life Cycle （SDLC）C#, Angular, React web development and REST/Web APIsMicrosoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL experience where able to write queries and store procedures (with moderate complication joins and aggregation）Experience with source control tools such as GitHub is a plus.Experience with the CD/CI tool is a plus.Data analytics and Power BI/Looker experience is a plus.Advance computer science data structures and algorithms experience is a plus.

Working Model
