We are looking for a Graduate Trainee, Distribution Management, to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in Singapore.

Your Team: 

You will be joining the Distribution Management team in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Head of Distribution Management, Asia and working closely with the team.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Reporting 

Successful administration and data quality of sales related data. 

Responsible for the production of sales related reports for the country and LoBs. 

 

Sales Planning & Forecasting 

Contribute to bottom-up planning and forecasting for the LoBs. 

Provide support and guidance on the pipeline entries and updates 

 

Sales Management Tools 

Proactively contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the global sales management processes and tools, including Salesforce.com and Foundry. 

Provide training to support the effective, timely and accurate usage of sales management tools. 

 

Distribution Management 

Proactively support Head of Distribution Management in implementing initiatives. 

Ensure the sales governance process is comply by the Distribution and LoBs. 

Develop strong working relationships, with key stakeholders, including UW, Operations, Offshores teams, GPS and Distribution functions. 

 

Key Experience / Requirements / Skills 

Expected to graduate with a university degree by June 2025 in a related field (Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, etc.). 

Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in other Asian languages is advantageous. 

Knowledge or prior experience in an insurance related company is advantageous. 

Strong desire to learn the ropes in preparation for a career in the insurance industry. 

Strong problem-solving abilities, including demonstrated tenacity at data mining to discover root causes of results is advantageous. 

Team player with strong service quality mind-set, adaptable, analytical, independent, meticulous, proactive, reliable, resilient, self-motivated, and willing to learn. 

Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

 

Further Information: 

Duration: This is a permanent opportunity. After extensive training during the first 12 months on our Graduate Programme you will continue to work within the team and benefit from the lifelong learning opportunities that Allianz Commercial offers. 

Expected Start Date: 01 July 2025
